This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kingston, PA, for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Key responsibilities include conducting behavior assessments, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing parent education, tracking progress, and making necessary adjustments to interventions for optimal client outcomes. Collaboration with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams is a central aspect of the role.
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Proficiency in Behavior Management and Parent Education techniques
- Knowledge of Psychology and its application to child development and behavior
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children with special needs in various settings
