About the RoleAs a Warehouse Supervisor, you will direct daily workflows, coordinate with fulfillment teams, monitor key performance indicators, and oversee shipping activity to keep shipments accurate, timely, and cost-effective.What You’ll Do

• Lead team hiring, onboarding, training, performance coaching, and day-to-day development
• Manage schedules, assign work, and monitor performance against daily key performance indicators
• Promote a safety-first culture through training, operational oversight, and daily safety checks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with fulfillment teams to plan and execute daily shipping strategies
• Oversee daily shipping operations and continuous improvement initiatives that support timely, cost-effective shipments
• Resolve shipping issues and team conflicts promptly and professionally
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization through 5S methodology and operational best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or 5 years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience
• Experience leading diverse warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused approach
• Flexible availability for multiple shifts and occasional weekends

Work Environment

• Active leadership role requiring standing, walking, bending, and ladder use throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work safely at heights up to 30 feet
• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures that vary by season
