Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)
Location: West Fargo, ND
Hourly Pay: up to $24/hour ($20/hour for US routes, $24/hour for delivery routes into Canada)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3–5 days/week (based on route and business needs)
Early morning start times.
Important: Hiring drivers to deliver in Canada. Proof of COVID vaccine, passport, and the ability to get a fast pass is required for travel into Canada.

Position Highlights
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!
(Paid $500 at 6 months $500 at 12 months of continuous employment) - Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
- Consistent weekday schedule – never work weekends
- Drive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories
- Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity
- Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
- Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or bigger
- Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months
- Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Able to pass DOT physical examination
