Duties
Measure, cut, assemble, and install decks using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to ensure precise fit and finish.
Install various types of siding including vinyl, fiber cement, wood, metal, and stucco with attention to detail and durability.
Use ladders, scaffolding, safety harnesses, and other equipment while adhering strictly to construction workplace safety regulations.
Conduct heavy lifting of materials such as lumber, siding panels, roofing components, and other supplies safely and efficiently.
Follow all safety protocols including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), scaffolding safety procedures, and adherence to OSHA standards.
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials on-site while ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations.
Qualifications
Proven construction experience with a focus on deck building and siding installation; familiarity with roofing repair is a plus.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment, ladders safely (including ladder use training), and fabrication techniques.
Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred.
Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly while maintaining proper safety protocols for heavy lifting tasks.
Familiarity with different siding materials such as vinyl, fiber cement, metal siding; experience with stucco installation is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail in blueprint reading and executing precise measurements for seamless installations.
Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when needed in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
