Responsibilities

  • Engage in face-to-face meetings to promote our products and services..
  • Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities through lead generation strategies such as cold calling and networking.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and technical specifications tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong account management relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering upselling opportunities.
  • Utilize Paradigm software to track interactions, update customer records, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
  • Negotiate deals confidently, addressing customer objections while aligning solutions with their requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales,
  • Strong skills in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches to expand client base.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Ability to conduct technical product demos and explain complex solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated management capabilities with experience in business development or sales management roles preferred.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret market trends and identify new opportunities within assigned territories.
