Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team at a hotel in Weston, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and welcoming guest rooms and common areas while providing a comfortable experience for hotel guests.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces as needed.
- Replenish room supplies and report low inventory.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the appropriate department.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies in an organized manner.
- Complete assigned rooms within the required time while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Must be able to follow instructions and meet daily productivity expectations.
