Salary: $65,000–$85,000 Annually commission

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for an established automotive and service-related business in the Rothsay, MN area. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees while promoting a positive and accountable work environment.
• Drive sales growth, identify business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage team members.
• Monitor financial performance, revenue, expenses, and operational goals.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Establish and maintain efficient processes to improve overall business performance.
• Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Work closely with senior leadership to achieve company goals.
• Build relationships within the local community to support continued business growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management or leadership experience required.
• Previous experience in automotive services, tire sales, retail management, or a related industry preferred.
• Proven ability to lead employees, manage operations, and drive business results.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with an understanding of profitability and business performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable making decisions and managing competing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays or extended hours as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
