What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the main technical liaison for distributors in the MD/VA/DE territory.
- Drive distribution sales strategy and implement enablement programs that deliver revenue growth.
- Identify and close business opportunities in collaboration with internal teams and distribution partners.
- Provide technical demonstrations and application support to distributors and end users.
- Represent the company at trade shows, distributor events, and customer meetings.
- Manage complex sales cycles and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications:
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferred (or 15 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree in test and measurement and distribution).
- 5–8 years of experience in technical sales and distributor/channel management in the test and measurement sector.
- Deep knowledge of test equipment and the regional distribution landscape in MD and VA.
- Proven track record of growing sales via distributor channels and end-user engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to operate independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
