Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge, experience in HVAC repairs , and service technician roles. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented and capable of working independently while also collaborating with a team to ensure the efficient operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system designs and layouts.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system operations and repairs.
- Operate company vehicles safely as a van driver to transport tools and equipment to job sites.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working on mechanical systems.
Experience
- Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair is preferred.
- Familiarity with refrigerate systems and mechanical components is essential.
- Ability to build and modify HVAC systems according to design specifications is a plus.
- Previous experience as a service technician or mechanic will be beneficial for this role
- HVAC and EPA licences required.
- Clean driving record
