Due to continued growth in the Mooresville, North Carolina location, DalaCasa Landscaping, a Keyserv Company is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the purpose of this position is to direct and coordinate customer service activities of the company to install, service, maintain and repair landscaping activities.
The Customer Service representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring all customer requirements are completely met. The CSR has primary responsibility for ensuring customer needs are met.
As the Customer Service Representative, you serve and are the primary internal representative of our organization. The CSR has primary responsibility for ensuring customer needs are met by:

This position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Communicate effectively with the Office Manager, owner, sales team and the production team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee sales and customer objectives are met
- Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents etc.
- Follow systems and procedures
- Maintain departmental housekeeping standards
- Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines
- Manage telephone call professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
- Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
- Create and review estimates for accuracy.
