- Greet and interact with customers to understand their service needs with a warm and friendly persona.
- Provide repair services to vehicle owners urgently, accurately, and with a pleasurable and professional demeanor.
- Field incoming calls in a manner that positively impacts repair traffic and customer relationships.
- Maintain and manage daily records of service department repairs and retail orders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level throughout the parts & service process and timely completion and delivery of vehicle repair needs.
