Position Overview:
- Training on key cutting, fob programming, sales, and customer service — no prior experience necessary
- Bonuses and incentives for exceeding sales goals
- Room for career progression within a rapidly expanding organization
- Local travel within Fairfax, Sterling, Chantilly, Leesburg, Winchester and surrounding areas.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Learn to cut, program, and duplicate vehicle keys and fobs
- Assist clients with quotes and sales professionally
- Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service
- Keep accurate digital records of sales, inventory, and key production
- Engage in practical tasks such as VIN retrieval, testing keys, and hardware handling
Qualifications:
- Some college or equivalent experience level required
- Reliable, proactive, and motivated to learn new skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Dependable transportation to serve Centreville, Sterling, Chantilly, Leesburg, Fairfax, Winchester and surrounding areas.
- Comfortable with physical tasks including entering/exiting vehicles and testing keys
