We are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in the marine industry. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working aboard scuba charter boats while earning professional scuba diving certifications.
The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of dive boat operations, including guiding guests on ocean dives and ensuring safe, enjoyable experiences. Comprehensive training will be provided in both diving and vessel operations, with the potential to work toward a U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License.
This position is ideal for individuals who thrive outdoors, enjoy interacting with guests, and can perform physically demanding tasks that may involve heavy lifting and quick decision-making.
Onsite company housing is available for qualified candidates. The position is based in Venice, Florida.
