Join Our Team: Retail & Restaurant Floor Manager
Are you a hospitality pro who loves the fast-paced energy of a dining room but also has a keen eye for retail excellence? Keys Fisheries is looking for a dynamic Retail & Restaurant Floor Manager to lead our team in Marathon, FL! This unique role oversees both our vibrant seafood retail operations and our restaurant floor, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile, and a great dinner.
What You’ll Do
As the retail and floor manager, you will be in charge of daily operations:
- Lead the Team: Hire, train, and supervise a dedicated staff across both the retail and restaurant departments.
- Operations Excellence: Manage opening/closing procedures, daily seafood procurement, and inventory oversight.
- Guest Experience: Act as the face of the business by greeting customers and resolving concerns with a professional, solution-oriented touch.
- Drive Results: Ensure sales targets are met while maintaining the visual presentation of our retail and dining spaces.
- Logistics & Tech: POS system knowledge and manage daily UPS shipping logistics for our retail products.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Leaders: Prior management experience in a retail or restaurant/hospitality environment is required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Certifications: Food Handler’s certification and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Aloha POS are preferred.
- Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to lead a diverse team and interact professionally with the public.
Position Details
- Classification: Salary, Full-Time.
- Schedule: Flexibility for restaurant needs is required; 30 min lunch / dinner break with food provided.
- Location: Based in our Restaurant and Retail Location.
