Veterinary Receptionist - Weekends (Thurs - Sun or Fri - Sun)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Keys Animal ER. This is a critical role requiring excellent interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment. Candidates with prior experience as a receptionist in a medical or veterinary setting are strongly preferred.
Schedule:
We are hiring for one position:
- Thursday - Sunday
- Friday - Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Efficiently handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate client records and perform administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Act as the communication hub between clients and the veterinary team.
- Process payments, invoices, and client paperwork.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed when handling challenging situations with clients and staff.
