What We’re Looking For

We want a technician who:

• Solves problems independently but knows when to escalate

You’ll handle:

• Plumbing repairs
• Light electrical troubleshooting
• HVAC diagnostics
• Drywall, paint, appliance issues
• Preventative maintenance
• Inventory and tool management
• Professional communication with tenants and homeowners

You’ll need:

• Reliable vehicle
• Basic toolkit (drill, saw, hand tools, etc.)
• Prior hands-on maintenance or handyman experience preferred

Licenses are great — but integrity, reliability, and pride in workmanship matter more.
