Key requirements:
We re looking for a Senior UX Designer (7 years) with strong experience in UX/UI, Figma, and data-heavy dashboard design (Power BI/custom dashboards).

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, understanding analytics/data requirements, and designing intuitive, high-quality dashboards with strong data storytelling.

Nice to have: Pharma / healthcare domain experience
Must have: Portfolio showcasing real dashboard/UI work
