Position: Business Systems Analyst II (Technical Analyst)

Location: Maryland Heights, MO (Onsite 4 days/week)

Duration: 4 months with possible extension

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly technical Business Systems Analyst to support the migration from Cherwell to Ivanti. This role requires strong ITSM experience, hands-on technical requirements gathering, data analysis, regression testing, API/integration understanding, and the ability to analyze backend workflows and translate them into Ivanti-compatible solutions. The analyst will work closely with business owners, developers, and system teams to ensure smooth migration of service catalog items, processes, and data before year-end.

Must-Have:

• Strong ITSM experience (Cherwell, Ivanti, ServiceNow preferred)
• Technical requirements gathering and documentation
• Regression testing experience
• Data analysis and data migration exposure
• Experience with APIs/integrations
• SharePoint & Excel proficiency
• Prior Cherwell → Ivanti migration is a strong plus

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Cherwell service catalog items and define specifications for migration to Ivanti
• Work with business owners to translate needs into technical workflows
• Perform regression testing and support system functionality validation
• Review and document backend workflows, APIs, and integration requirements
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate build and successful migration
• Support data migration efforts and governance requests
