Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Prop Master responsible for sourcing, building, and managing all props and physical elements used in production.
Working from the Director’s concept and treatment, you will ensure that every object, prop, and visual element needed to execute the idea is sourced, fabricated, and ready for production.
We produce the most viral videos on the internet, regularly hitting 100M views per post!
- Source, design, or fabricate props required for each video.
- Ensure all props align with the Director’s vision and visual aesthetic.
- Organize and maintain prop inventory and production materials.
- Prepare and stage props for filming.
- Lead preproduction coordination for props and production materials.
- Confirm availability of props, materials, and locations ahead of time.
- Coordinate vendors, rentals, and purchases when needed.
- Manage props during filming and ensure proper placement and continuity.
- Support the Director and crew with quick prop adjustments or replacements.
- Troubleshoot prop-related challenges during production.
- Track all production materials, prop purchases, and inventory.
- Ensure all required assets are prepared and ready for each shoot.
Requirements- Experience in prop design, prop management, art departments, and fabrication.
- Strong organizational and sourcing skills.
- Ability to creatively problem-solve with limited resources.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
