About the Role
We’re looking for a Refurbishment Technician to support our mission of providing top-tier kiosk repairs and upgrades. We're searching for a dedicated problem-solver with strong troubleshooting capabilities. If you're meticulous, well-organized, quality-driven, and safety-conscious, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is Full-Time Temporary with an assignment of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform precise and efficient refurbishment and upgrading of electromechanical and mechanical systems.- Maintain our commitment to quality through thorough repair and refurbishment of kiosks and their accessories.
- Keep track of and maintain an inventory of refurbishment supplies.
- Accurately document work records associated with kiosks and their accessories.
- Conduct comprehensive cosmetic quality evaluations of kiosks.
How We Know You Can Do It
High school diploma or GED.
- Proven ability to align, fit, or assemble component parts using a comprehensive range of hand and power tools.
- Solid experience troubleshooting electromechanical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and adhere to written work instructions.
- Familiarity with an array of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
- Strong commitment to safe work practices, including the regular use of PPE and safety devices.
- Proficiency in building and repairing PCs is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Linux commands is preferred.
- Technical certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer software, particularly Google Suite.
- At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance/production environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
