ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Keymasters Locksmith of Hawaii is seeking an experienced mobile locksmith to serve customers on Oʻahu, with a focus on Kapolei and West Oʻahu. Professional automotive, residential, and commercial locksmith experience is required. You must already be trained and able to complete service calls independently.
POTENTIAL MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITY
For the right person, this role may develop into an opportunity to manage and operate Keymasters’ daily business after the owner relocates. Future management responsibilities, decision-making authority, and compensation will be discussed and agreed upon separately.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform professional automotive, residential, and commercial locksmith services at customer locations.
- Diagnose customer needs and complete service calls independently.
- Communicate clearly with customers about service, pricing, and arrival times.
- Handle company equipment and inventory responsibly.
- Maintain accurate job records and provide reliable, professional service.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional hands-on experience in automotive, residential, and commercial locksmithing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete jobs independently.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Reliability and sound judgment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer locations on Oʻahu.
- Suitable personal vehicle for mobile service during training and transition.
Leadership or business operations experience is a plus for candidates interested in the potential management opportunity.
EARNING POTENTIAL
Estimated gross earnings of $1,500–$2,000 per week, based on current job volume and depending on skill, availability, job volume, and completed work. Earnings are not guaranteed and are before contractor taxes, fuel, and vehicle expenses.
EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLE
Keymasters provides all locksmith equipment. During training and transition, you supply a suitable personal vehicle and cover your vehicle and fuel expenses. A company locksmith van will be provided once the owner relocates. Fuel arrangements for the company van will be confirmed before engagement.
AVAILABILITY
Seeking availability for at least five days per week, with 12-hour service windows. Specific days will be arranged with the selected technician. Additional days may be available by agreement.
HOW TO APPLY
