Traffic Control Crew Member

Location: Wyoming
Keyhole Technologies, LLC is seeking dependable, safety-focused team members to join our traffic control operations team. We are hiring for roles that may include Laborer, Pilot Car Driver, Flagger, and Maintainer. Candidates should be reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment for fellow employees and the traveling public.
Job Responsibilities
- Report to work on time each day
- Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook
- Perform assigned tasks as directed by management and supervisors
- Work safely and efficiently at all times
- Maintain courteous and professional behavior with the traveling public, customers, and owner representatives
- Immediately report any accident or emergency to a supervisor
- Submit written accident reports within 24 hours when required
- Keep work areas and assigned equipment clean and organized
- Wear required safety gear at all times, including hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, safety vest, and other personal protective equipment
- Bring required job equipment, such as paddle or flag, along with food and water for the workday
- Assist with traffic and pedestrian control through work zones as needed
Basic Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid Wyoming driver’s license
- Clear driving record preferred or required depending on position
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Additional Qualifications by Position
- Pilot Car Driver: Must have a clean MVR, valid Wyoming driver’s license, and pass a drug test
- Flagger: Must be certified and pass the Certified Flagger Test
- Maintainer: Must have a clean MVR, valid Wyoming driver’s license, pass a drug test, and be able to assist with training other crew members
