This is a full-time hybrid role for a Warehouse Manager, located in Montreal, QC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehousing operations, including managing inventory, coordinating stock control procedures, and improving operational efficiency. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, supervising warehouse staff, maintaining detailed inventory records, and optimizing logistics and supply chain processes. The role also involves the use of equipment such as forklifts and ensuring that best practices are followed in all storage and handling activities.
- Strong expertise in Stock Control and Inventory Control processes
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Operations Management strategies
- Experience in Forklift Operation and safety adherence
- Proven ability to manage and lead warehouse teams effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
