What are the responsibilities and job description for the Investor position at Keyframe?
About Keyframe
Keyframe is an NYC-based investment firm that focuses on three core credit-oriented playbooks in both public and private markets that target private equity returns: (i) launching asset-backed platforms (i.e. TeraWatt Infrastructure), (ii) restructurings with an upside thesis (i.e. Denbury), and (iii) capital solutions (i.e. Arcadia). Keyframe uses structured capital solutions to unlock upside equity value in complex & distressed special situations. We have a flexible mandate that includes complex and unconventional investments with an equity tilt.
We tend to focus on industries with corporate and capital structure depth, where we can be a value-add partner to management teams – including energy, auto, industrials, and the broader built environment. As these industries experience secular technology changes (and now, significant CapEx and load growth), there are unique opportunities alike to both reposition existing businesses and assets and grow new ones. Keyframe works on both sides of this coin.
