Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Crew Member to join our team. Only applicants with at least five (5) years of hands-on residential construction experience will be considered. The ideal candidate can work independently with minimal supervision and confidently measure, cut, and install materials while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of residential construction experience (required)
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install a variety of building materials
- Experience with remodeling, finish work, siding, windows, doors, decks, roofing, and other residential construction projects
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must provide your own basic hand tools
Compensation & Schedule
- $22–$30 per hour, based on experience
- Performance-based raises and bonuses available
- Flexible schedule
- Independent contractor (1099) position
