Keycon Construction & Design
Construction Project Manager
Location: Mountain View, CA (projects across the Bay Area)
Make iconic Bay Area homes shine
If mid-century modern architecture makes your heart skip a beat, you'll love our work. Keycon specializes in high-touch remodels, think post-and-beam, clean lines, and precision details where "simple" actually means "meticulous." We're looking for a Construction Project Manager who thrives in the field, leads with calm confidence, and delivers beautiful, buildable solutions for our clients.
Keycon Construction & Design is a Bay Area design-build firm focused on premium residential renovations and additions. Our team is collaborative and quality-obsessed, and our clients trust us for craftsmanship, transparency, and excellent communication from concept through closeout.
You'll own projects from pre-con through punch: coordinating subs and in-house crews, walking jobs, meeting clients, and keeping schedules, budgets, and quality on track. You're comfortable on site in the morning, laying out work, and just as comfortable in the afternoon reviewing updates, approvals, and change orders.
