Essential Job Responsibilities
- Cultivates and manages long-term customer relationships
- Maintains consistent, positive communication and productive relationships through regular client check-ins
- Promotes the Keycentrix brand and products
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and guidance.
- Proactively solves problems while obtaining deep understanding of client needs
- Identifies and facilitates in revenue generating opportunities with our clients
- Reviews customer complaints and concerns and seeks to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
- Demonstrate an attitude of learning and seek to understand client needs
- Establishes milestones to keep other team members on task to deliver as-promised to the customer
- Understand customer goals, workflows, and challenges to ensure successful use and adoption of our software
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service or in a customer success position.
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
- Experience working with brand image and in promoting value through customer experience
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate product information as it relates to the customer’s business needs
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- High level of accountability and personal organization; ability to handle complexity, understanding priorities; tenacious and not easily discouraged
- Track record of dependability, consistency, and follow-through
- Experience managing multiple accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Pharmacy industry knowledge is preferred
- Prior experience in a software technology environment preferred
