Field Sales Representative (Door-to-Door Lead Generation / Outside Sales)

At Keycafe, we’re looking for a Field Sales Representative who loves in-person outreach, hands-on demonstrations, and high-activity field sales. You’ll be the face of Keycafe in cities across the U.S., introducing businesses to our SmartBox technology and generating qualified leads for our Account Executive team.

This is a fast-moving, entrepreneurial role perfect for someone who excels in door-to-door engagement, communicates with confidence, and gets energized by showcasing innovative technology directly to customers.

• Conduct door-to-door outreach, cold calling, and in-person demos to build interest in Keycafe solutions.
• Generate qualified B2B leads across verticals such as automotive, hospitality, property management, retail, and public sector.
• Deliver live product demonstrations showcasing SmartBox features and operational benefits.
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-up demos or calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and funnel details within the CRM.
• Collaborate with AEs and marketing to refine messaging and strengthen territory coverage.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and business events as a Keycafe brand ambassador.
• Continuously research and identify new local business opportunities.

• 1–3 years of outside sales, door-to-door sales, field marketing, or hardware/software promotion experience.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable with cold outreach.
• Interested in technology, IoT devices, and B2B tech sales.
• Organized, disciplined, and self-managed in a remote, field-based environment.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and willing to travel locally and regionally.
• Comfortable handling and demonstrating a portable hardware device (SmartBox).

• Experience selling POS systems, security solutions, telecom, solar, or hardware-enabled SaaS.
• Background in automotive, property management, hospitality, or fleet/logistics industries.

• Generating at least 10 qualified demos per week and maintaining consistent follow-through with AEs.
• Contributing to a steady flow of 2–3 closed deals per week through high-quality prospecting.
• Building local awareness of the Keycafe brand within target industries.
• Operating with professionalism, persistence, and energy in every client interaction.

• Commission-based compensation with competitive per-lead and per-deal incentives.

• Performance bonuses for hitting demo and conversion targets.
• Travel reimbursements and per diems for multi-city campaigns.
• On-target earnings (OTE): $55K–$75K, with potential for top performers to exceed this range.
