- Lead campaigns, identify leads, and develop relationships for cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Administer KYC, compliance, and documentation processes for new and growing client opportunities.

- Lead proactive servicing campaigns and change management across client portfolios.
- Prioritize and fulfill client servicing requests using provided tools and resources.
- Lead continuous improvement (CI) opportunities and initiate pilots, projects, and initiatives.
