We are seeking a Business Analytics Senior Associate for a full-time, on-site position located in Cleveland, OH. This role is responsible for leveraging data analysis to support business strategies, preparing reports, analyzing financial performance, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Daily tasks include gathering and interpreting data, creating actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making processes and optimize results.

- Experience in finance and business-related tasks, with an understanding of financial principles and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with teams
- Dedication to outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and software; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or a related field
- Experience in financial services or banking is a plus
