Warehouse Associate

Key4, Inc., a prominent company in the automotive locksmith industry based in La Verne, CA. We specialize in distributing professional automotive locksmith tools and equipment, including car remotes, transponder keys, and key programming devices, both through our physical store and our website online.

Key4, Inc. is seeking diligent individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Picking and preparing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receiving incoming shipments, inspecting them for accuracy, and organizing them appropriately.
• Stocking shelves with received merchandise, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored.
• Printing and attaching packing lists to orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
• Collaborating with the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
• Assisting with inventory management tasks, such as conducting cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Providing support to other areas of the warehouse operation as needed.

Additional tasks that may be assigned:

• Assisting with order packing and labeling.
• Performing quality control checks on outgoing orders.
• Communicating effectively with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Participating in training sessions and meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills.
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
