We are seeking a highly skilled Google Cloud Contact Center Solution Engineer with strong experience in Contact Center technologies and cloud-based conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Google CCAI, Dialogflow, and Google Cloud Platform, along with a solid development background in Java/J2EE.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in software development
- Strong knowledge of Contact Center and IVR technologies
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google CCAI Platform
- Google Dialogflow
- Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Familiarity with GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of Conversational AI and Prompt Engineering
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
