We are a fast-growing, relationship-driven wealth management firm seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive team member to serve in a combined Paraplanner / Client Service Associate role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the relationship and service side of supporting clients and advisors and the analytical side of financial planning. What You’ll Do
Client Service & Administrative Support
- Serve as a warm and professional point of contact for clients
- Schedule meetings and manage advisor calendars
- Assist with onboarding new client relationships
- Coordinate client events, gifting, and special touches
- Help maintain office organization and operational efficiency
- Support internal team projects and process improvements
Financial Planning & Paraplanning Support
- Prepare and organize financial planning documents and meeting prep
- Assist advisors with plan implementation and follow-up items
- Analyze client data and help identify planning opportunities
- Support portfolio and account review processes
- Prepare paperwork for new accounts, transfers, distributions, and maintenance requests
- Coordinate with custodians and internal partners to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate CRM records and workflows

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or related field
- Series 7 & 63 or 66 Licensed
- CFP®, CFP® track, or interest in pursuing financial planning education is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems and financial planning software preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
