Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our growth initiatives across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This is a strategic leadership role designed for a seasoned title professional who possesses a deep understanding of the North Texas real estate market. The ideal candidate will combine a robust personal book of business with the ability to recruit, mentor, and scale a high-achieving sales team.
Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Leverage an existing professional network of real estate agents, lenders, and developers to drive high-volume captures and increase market share in the DFW area.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, and other local County markets.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives, providing hands-on coaching to help them exceed closing targets.
- Operational Collaboration: Work closely with Escrow Officers and management to ensure a seamless transition from "contract to close," maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
- Public Relations: Represent the company at industry events, trade associations (such as MetroTex), and community functions to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Industry Expertise: Minimum of 10 years of experience specifically within title insurance, escrow sales, or title agency management.
- Proven Track Record: A verifiable existing book of business with established relationships in the DFW residential or commercial real estate sectors.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) rules, RESPA compliance, and local market customs.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing a sales force or leading high-level business development initiatives with measurable ROI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent industry experience will be prioritized.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced proficiency in title production software (e.g., RamQuest, SoftPro, or Qualia).
- Strong analytical skills for tracking market trends and internal KPIs.
- Exceptional negotiation and public speaking abilities.
