Job Title: Supply Chain Manager / Planning and Procurement
Location: Garden Grove
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (8 hours)
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 annually
Position Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager with strong aerospace manufacturing experience to lead planning, procurement, and inventory operations. This role will drive ERP optimization, improve On-Time Delivery (OTD), and ensure material availability to support production and customer commitments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of planners and buyers
- Drive ERP utilization as the single source of truth
- Oversee MRP, master data, and production planning (MPS)
- Ensure material availability aligns with production schedules
- Improve inventory accuracy, reduce excess & obsolete inventory, and optimize turns
- Manage supplier performance and negotiate long-term agreements
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards
- Drive Lean / Six Sigma initiatives and eliminate process bottlenecks
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7 years of manufacturing experience (3 years in aerospace required)
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification (required)
- Strong ERP systems experience and advanced Excel skills
- Solid understanding of MRP, inventory planning, and supply chain operations
- Proven leadership experience managing planners and buyers
- Additional RequirementsKnowledge of AS9100 and ITAR/EAR regulations
- Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must meet “U.S. Person” requirements under ITAR
