What you'll be doing:
✅ Lead and schedule production teams across the day shift
✅ Drive output, quality, and on-time delivery to budget targets
✅ Own corrective action, root cause, and problem prevention cycles

✅ Use SPC and shop floor systems to manage real-time quality
What we're looking for:
🔹 2 years as a lead or associate supervisor in a manufacturing environment
🔹 Blueprint reading and shop tool proficiency
🔹 Familiarity with ISO standards, SPC, and shop floor systems
🔹 B.S. in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred
🔹 Must be a US Person (ITAR requirement)
