KRG has partnered with a longstanding client who is seeking a Corporate Attorney specializing in general corporate legal services, primarily serving privately held businesses.
The Corporate practice group provides services such as business formation, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions, health care, banking, commercial real estate and business succession planning. Ideally, the estate planning services would include the provision of tailored estate planning solutions for business owners and high-net-worth individuals. An established book of business is a plus, but not required.
Job Requirements
- Significant experience in business and corporate matters
- Must be admitted and in good standing with the New York State Bar
- Superb communications skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent legal research and analysis skills
