Regional Supervisor (OT, OTA, PT, PTA, or SLP)

Overview

Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Regional Supervisor (OT, OTA, PT, PTA, or SLP) in Clarinda, IA in the longterm care setting. 

Education:

• Required: Completion of an accredited OT, PT, or SLP program

Experience:

• Required: Prior interdisciplinary team collaboration experience in the post-acute care and outpatient settings
• Preferred: Prior management experience in long term care setting

Licenses/Certificates:

• Required: Current OT, PT, or SLP license to practice in the state(s) assigned
• Required: SLP Only: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Required: CPR, as required by community
• Required: Valid driver's license and car insurance as required by state law.
• Required: Other as required by federal, state and local standards

Responsibilities

The Regional Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of operations for an assigned geographic region. This includes responsibility for personnel development, assigned patient treatments, and customer and staff satisfaction. The Regional Supervisor will also monitor financial and clinical reports to meet budgeted expectations and provide the highest quality services to our patients and clients.
