Responsibilities
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resource/Payroll Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource and payroll department.
Qualifications
Education:- High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
- Minimum two (2) years experience as a HR Assistant required;
- Minimum two (2) years experience as a Payroll Clerk or Assistant required;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products;
- Experience with ATS software.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a work-from-home environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
