Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time role for a Receptionist at Key Realty Delta County. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with various clerical tasks. Day-to-day activities include scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, managing correspondence, market research, advertising and providing excellent customer service to clients and staff.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Customer Service competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Self Motivated
- Familiar with social media
