What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Key Property Management?
Key Property Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Rock Springs, WY. The responsibilities of this position include the following but are not limited to:
· Perform daily maintenance of apartments, grounds, parking lots, and common areas, including snow removal in the winter months.
· Custodial duties as assigned.
· General repairs – including electrical, carpentry, sidewalk, and parking lot.
· Painting
· Cleaning
· Carpets
· Appliances
· Safety systems
· Plumbing
· Prepare units for new move-ins
· Assist in preparation for government inspections with an emphasis on site health and safety.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Work with the Property Manager & Maintenance Lead to identify janitorial and maintenance-related and capital improvement activities.
· Initiate & perform janitorial and maintenance projects.
· Perform apartment turnovers, repairs, grounds maintenance, and overall upkeep on a large property.
· Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple, concurrent maintenance activities.
· Work with Property Manager to meet and exceed the needs of the apartment community.
