Key Program seeks a Residential Program Manager (Program Supervisor) for their DCF Residence program serving up to nine (9) adolescents. Manage the day-to-day operations of the program and maintain a structured, therapeutic, and trauma sensitive environment where youths can thrive. Total Compensation:
Salary: Generous starting salary range: $71,680 - $73,680* *Highest end of starting salary for Master’s degree-level. Commensurate with experience, Bachelor’s degree-level has potential for starting range salary negotiation.
*Additional compensation is provided for: bilingual skills, on-call rotation stipend, extra shift rate, supervision of interns, and becoming certified to facilitate Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training. Opportunities exist for future annual merit-based salary increases.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services related field isrequired, aMaster’sdegree is preferredAND
- One to three years of prior experience with adolescent, latency, or young adult population in a residential setting.
- A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for employment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all areas of the residential program’s administration, youth and family services, and staff professional development and training
- Work collaboratively with external service providers and state partners to ensure an integrated approach to care.
- Promote trauma-informed and person-centered philosophies within the program to promote emotional,behavioraland psychological well-being of children/youth.
- Ensure youths receive quality services thatcomply withDEEC regulations and CARF accreditation standards
- Participate in regional on-call rotation with administrative/supervisory/clinical team.
