What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative/Short Term position at Key Personnel?
Our local steel machining client has a need for an administrative professional to fill in for an employee leave. The date of the leave is a little flexible but is expected to be from July 24 for about 6-8 weeks.
The person in this assignment will be doing things like entering orders, creating purchase orders, processing shipping paperwork, some scheduling and answering phones.
Experience with the manufacturing ERP app "GlobalShop" would be ideal. But work with any other manufacturing ERP could be equivalent.
This is a manufacturing environment, no fancy dress required. =)
Excellent administrative and customer service skills are required.
