What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Key Personnel?
Administrative assistant at small manufacturing-related company. Person in this position does a little bit of everything in the office from grabbing phones, to word processing, spreadsheets and light accounting in Quickbooks. Must be able to multi task and work successfully in a fast paced office environment. Must be a polished and pleasant professional but comfortable in a casual environment.
Knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel, Data Entry,Word and Account Payables/Receivables. Some experience in HR is beneficial but not absolutely required. Solid previous work history with at least three years in a similar position, excellent references, pass a drug screen and background check.
