Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound text campaign to engage with potential sellers that have shown interest.
- Warmly qualify leads by understanding client needs, explaining our services clearly, and assessing their interest.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff and positive experience
- Utilize CRM software to log interactions, update lead statuses, and track follow-up activities accurately
- Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality through targeted campaigns
- Maintain excellent communication skills to build rapport quickly and address client questions effectively
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and maximize appointment conversions
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales—preferably within technology or real estate sectors
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English (Spanish a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Ability to handle rejection positively while maintaining motivation and professionalism
- Customer service mindset with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships
