Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to commercial locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Manage route driving efficiently, optimizing delivery schedules for timeliness and accuracy.
- Engage with customers professionally, providing exceptional service and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Perform heavy lifting and merchandise handling during deliveries, ensuring items are loaded, secured, and unloaded carefully.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records.
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries and report any issues promptly.
- Deliver office furniture, equipment, and supplies to customers
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Assemble office furniture when needed
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to foster positive interactions.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomics.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques to ensure proper product placement during deliveries.
- Familiarity with route driving software or GPS systems for efficient navigation.

- Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline and reliability in high-pressure situations.
