Key Maintenance is hiring for a heavy equipment operator. Applicants must also be willing/able to personal general laborer duties as well. Pay is dependent on experience and will be discussed during the interview.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Must have a clean and safe driving record.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge with various pieces of heavy equipment.
- Ability to perform well in a team environment including assisting with general construction laborer duties as needed.
- Regular, reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned work location.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude that fosters effective relationships.
- Follows established company policies and guidelines for safety, quality and service.
- Wears personal protective equipment as needed or required.
