We are a growing regional airline based at Centennial Airport with over 27 years of history in the aviation industry as a Part 121 and Part 135 air carrier. Our operations include cargo, private/VIP large cabin charters, and scheduled passenger service under our Denver Air Connection brand.

Starting Salary: $80k-90k

Position Summary
The Continuous Analysis and Surveillance (CAS) Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the company’s aviation maintenance CAS program. This role ensures the identification of trends, discrepancies, and performance issues within maintenance operations, enabling the development and implementation of effective corrective actions. The CAS Program Manager plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance, improving operational reliability, and enhancing overall maintenance program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
CAS Program Oversight
- Monitor the company’s maintenance program to identify indicators and symptoms of discrepancies, trends, and performance gaps.
- Lead the development and implementation of corrective actions based on CAS findings.
- Ensure timely completion and reporting of quarterly CAS data and associated analyses.
Planning and Execution
- Plan, develop, and execute CAS-related projects from initiation through final delivery.
- Assess project scope, costs, risks, and schedules to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Develop solutions to complex engineering and maintenance-related challenges.
Project Management
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Review and validate technical specifications and maintenance date.
- Oversee analysis and reporting of key maintenance performance indicators, including:
Mechanical Interruption Summaries (delays and cancellations)
Maintenance Reliability Reports
Pilot write-ups
Minimum Equipment List (Mel) items and deferrals
Non-routine maintenance tasks
Unscheduled maintenance-related landings
Vendor teardown reports and findings
Team Leadership
- Build and lead cross-functional teams to support CAS initiatives and projects.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance policies, procedures, and programs.
- Recommend and implement improvements to optimize reliability, safety, and efficiency.
- Track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations related to maintenance, preventive maintenance, and aircraft altercations.
- Serve as a liaison with regulatory authorities and attend regular meetings with FAA representatives and company leadership.
- Maintain documentation and reporting standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Risk Management
- Identify potential operational and project risks within the maintenance program.
- Assess risk probability and impact on safety, schedule and cost.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure program success.
Qualifications
- Aviation Industry Experience
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven project management and leadership experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Airframe and Powerplant certificate preferred
- Experience in maintenance, planning, reliability, and CAS preferred
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
