What You’ll Do:
-Create a fun, loving, and safe learning environment for young children.
-Assist in classrooms with activities that promote learning, independence, and creativity.
-Ensure children’s health, safety, and well-being at all times.
-Maintain a clean and organized space (because kids can be messy, and that’s okay!).
-Communicate effectively with teachers and leadership.
-Work as a team player—we are all in this together!
What We’re Looking For:
*Must be able to speak English fluently to communicate with staff and children.
*High School Diploma or higher required.
*A passion for working with children and creating meaningful experiences.
*Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, sit on the floor, and move around comfortably in an active classroom setting.
*Willingness to grow and learn—we love team members who are eager to expand their knowledge!
Bonus points if you have or are working towards:
- CDA Credential or Montessori Certification
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- DCF 45 Hours, First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual
