Job Summary:
Key Industries is a rapidly growing turnkey concrete construction company located in Southern New Hampshire looking to hire experienced concrete foreman. The right person would have 3-5 years’ experience as a concrete foreman and can manage a team and project schedule. We offer an excellent benefits package including PTO and retirement matching. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a forming or flatwork crew
- Read and understand blueprint drawings
- Schedule concrete delivery and pumps
- Manage project and schedule
- Prepares and submits daily log sheets
- Attends on site or virtual foreman meetings
- Coordinates manpower needs with pre-construction team
- Keeps an organized and stocked work truck
Requirements:
· Driver’s License
· 3-5 years’ experience running a formwork or flatwork crew
· Extensive knowledge of concrete forming and placing
· Experience in taking blueprint drawings and using them to place and tie rebar, form footings and walls and placing flatwork.
· Ability to lift 80lbs
